Michele and Anna, the owner's of this company, had the idea and passion to create Berwich during the Seventies in a small garage. The company's headquarters is apart of the Martina Franca textile district, one of the most important Italian areas in clothing sector. The new generation of the company is defined by Graziana, Antonella, Angelo and Massimo, who actively take part in the business processes. They have specific skills that require a special mix between scholastic and corporate training. From one generation to another, they continue to preserve all techniques and tailoring traditions, constantly improving product research. Icoman has an important partnership with international fashion brands, as it has been a manufacturer for many years.
In 2007, the company Icoman created its own label of trousers: BERWICH, purely made in Italy, a collection that has a travelling and exploration charm as its main characteristic. To search means to explore, one of the brand's mottos and main reasons for its success. Leaving, travelling, discovering are actions that build new business projects, just like the company itself. Berwich is distributed according to specific selection standards and partnerships with retailers. The brand is found in both national and international markets.
