Shipping Policy

All shipments within the national territory are carried out via Brt and Gls couriers. For non-EU countries, shipments are entrusted to FedEx.

For shipments to non-EU countries, it is specified that customs duties are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

All shipments made for the delivery of purchased items are insured.

Delivery Times

Orders are generally delivered within 2–3 business days for shipments within Italy. For remote areas or islands, delivery may be delayed by up to 7 business days. For all international shipments, delivery times can vary from a minimum of 2 business days to a maximum of 10 business days. Delivery times may change or be delayed during holidays.

In the case of delays or blocks due to customs inspections or force majeure, Naldi cannot be held responsible.

Tracking

All shipments are traceable using a tracking number, which is sent to the customer via SMS or email upon order fulfillment.

Costs

For customers placing orders from Italy of €200 or more, shipping is free. For orders under €200, shipping costs €10.

EU countries Zone 1 (Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Monaco, Poland, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia) shipping is free on orders from 550€. Below this amount, shipping costs €29.

EU countries Zone 2 (Sweden, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Czechia) shipping is free on orders from 600€. Below this amount, shipping has a cost of 45€.



EU countries Zone 3 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Russia, Ukraine) shipping is free on orders from 600€. Below this amount shipping has a cost of 35€.

Switzerland, express shipping has a cost of 45€.

United States, express shipping has a cost of 45€.

United Kingdom, express shipping has a cost of 45€.

Japan, express shipping has a cost of 49€.

Rest of the world and Russia (Transbajkalia territory), express shipping 60€.
