You can make a return request (total or partial) no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To proceed with the return, the user must send a notice of their intention to proceed with the return to info@naldi.it or by writing to the support number by writing on Whatsapp or calling at +39 3283541291.

How to return
To proceed with the return, simply send the item to the following address: Naldi Abbigliamento, Corso Italia 16, 01100 Viterbo (VT).
You must include the return form inside the order, which you want to return, with attached receipt, so that once the return is delivered to the sender you can proceed with the refund that will be processed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package.
Make sure that all items you want to return are properly packaged, so as to avoid any damage in transit. Returned items must have the appropriate original tag and warranty seal intact and firmly attached to the item. Be sure to always make your return shipment only through a courier company that provides tracking and insurance services.
We reserve the right not to accept the return of items that are damaged or do not conform to the rules described above.
Refunds will be made in the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Size Change
It is possible to proceed with size exchange or item exchange if the customer is not fully satisfied with the ordered item or the size does not fit.
In the case of an exchange, the cost of returning the garment is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the garment is returned to the headquarters, after the appropriate checks, we will proceed with the shipment of the new garment, which will be the responsibility of Naldi.
The shipment of replacement goods will be sent to the same address communicated in the order confirmation, unless otherwise notified by the customer.
