Returns
All unworn and undamaged items can be returned for size and color exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Within Italy, the cost of return is 10 €.
If the garment does not fit or is not as expected, the total product cost will be refunded upon return. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
HOW TO RETURN:
1) Make sure the items are in the same condition in which you received them, with tags still attached.
2) Send an email request to info@naldi.it to authorize and confirm the return
3) Specify the name and quantity of the items that you want to replace and type of replacement (size, color, garment).
4) Send your package by parcel post or courier to: NALDI Corso Italia 16, 01100, Viterbo
HOW TO GET REIMBURSED:

Refunds will be made after receipt, verification and acceptance of the goods.
For orders paid by credit card, the amount refunded will be available in about 10 days.
In the case of payment via Paypal, the amount will be returned to the original account.
In the case that you paid cash, you must provide your IBAN number in order to have a transfer made in your favor.
