These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all products marketed on this Website (Site) www.naldi.it by the company ELITE SAS in order to ensure the maximum amount of transparency and clarity in its relationship with customers. All transactions and purchases between Seller and Customer shall be governed by this Site’s Terms and Conditions herein. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to ELITE SAS. ELITE SAS offers this Site, including all information, tools and services available on this Site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Users wishing to purchase from www.naldi.it and to use the services on the site must make the appropriate registration. By registering the Customer therein declares to have read the Privacy Policy and that their personal data are accurate and correct, assuming full responsibility for all information provided. In case of changes, the user is required to inform us.
Users who receive any kind of discount coupon are entitled to use it during the time indicated on the coupon. Coupons are unique, not cumulative, and can not be applied to goods already on sale.
The contract between ELITE SAS and the Customer shall be concluded, even partially with respect to an order, by aquisition through www.naldi.it. This acceptance is implied, upon agreement, by any means, to the customer. By placing an order through the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and accepts the terms and conditions of sale.
The electronic trading system on www.naldi.it is designed to provide the maximum transparency to the customer, indicating in real time the exact availability of products in stock and delivery times.
However, it must be considered that most users can make orders for the same product at the same time and, consequently, the quantity of products in our warehouse may vary. In this case we will advise the customer appropriately by phone or email for any issues related to the availability of the product, which then will decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In case of cancellation you will immediately be refunded the amount paid.
We reserve the right to cancel even only partially received orders due to issues occurring with the availability of products.
Although we take a lot of care and attention with the descriptions of our products, we must note that the images and information contained within the information sections may be approximate and sometimes may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the article,
Orders are accepted only through the Internet (online). After the Customer places the order directly on the site, at the end of the procedure, the Customer will receive a notice via electronic mail (e-mail) of confirmation of the order with an appropriate order number. If the order number does not appear after the order is placed ( it may take a few minutes), the proposal shall be deemed not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if it is the cause of accounting, administration or unavailability of the product.
It is possible to cancel an order, by telephone or by a written email sent to info@naldi.it (subject: CANCEL ORDER), only if it has not yet been processed and the goods not yet shipped. For orders already shipped, the Customer must exercise the right of withdrawal.
All the selling prices displayed on the site www.naldi.it are in Euros and include VAT. They are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, except in specific or promotional circumstances, are charged to the customer, being displayed before the completion of the order. In the case of a price discrepancy, it will be immediately communicated to the Customer by phone or e-mail wherein the Customer can withdraw from the purchase commitment without any penalty .
Transport costs are paid by the customer, stated clearly at the time of order. For the uninsured goods ELITE SAS assumes no responsibility regarding the loss, tampering or failure of the product / s purchased nor of any delay in delivery by the shipping company. On receiving the goods, the customer must immediately check their condition and totality. Claims relating to the condition of products, including in relation to their amount and / or appearance must be made in writing by sending an email to info@naldi.it within 7 business days from the date of delivery, specifying the motivation of the complaint and the solution you desire: either a return or replacement.
In both cases, the consumer will be required to return the product to the address indicated below within the same period of 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery.

Return fees will initially be the responsibility of the consumer. After ELITE SAS has carried out an inspection of the integrity of the product/s to be returned, we will decide whether to refund the cost of the return fees to the consumer based on the reason for return and the product/s condition/s therein.
The returned product must be:
- Properly packed in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged,or soiled) and equipped with all accessories and documentation (including tags and labels);
- Accompanied by the original transport document so as to allow ELITE SAS to identify the Customer (order number, name and address);
- Without signs of use, except those compatible with the operation of a normal test of the article. That is, they must not bear any traces of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary to test the article and should not be in a state such as not to allow its resale.
If the returned product is not in compliance with the requirements of the preceding paragraphs, the return of said product and the withdrawl from the order will not be effective and the shipping fees will not be refunded to the consumer.
When flaws and defects are present in the product purchased, the consumer may desire its replacement. ELITE SAS will, as appropriate, make substitution requests within a reasonable period after receiving the receipt of the request of the Consumer. The costs will be fully borne by ELITE SAS, including those for the sending of the returned product, which will be refunded to the consumer.
If, however, the Customer needs only a replacement of the size or color, the charges will be partially paid by the Customer (for the return of the goods to ELITE sas) and partially paid by ELITE sas (for the new shipment of the replacement).
This Agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute that may arise on the interpretation and execution of this Agreement shall be taken to the Court of Rome.
